Felipe Massa has issued warning to his team that work still needed to be done if Ferrari is to compete in the Formula one championship this year.
According to report, Massa has identified both McLaren and BMW-Sauber as the strongest contender for this year championship. “The McLaren definitely looks quick but for me the BMW is the best of all at the moment,” he said.
Massa is of the view that McLaren is the quickest over a single lap but BMW are impressively consistent even if maybe they are not yet the most reliable. After taking over the reign from Michael Schumacher, who retire last year he is putting BMW ahead of Ferrari and McLaren for title.
He also said that the new Ferrari was easier to set up as compared to last year’s and was already showing itself to be a balanced and stable machine.
